A tastefully reformed traditional Majorcan townhouse located in the old part of Pollensa. Only two minutes walk to the central square and the famous Café Español, a butcher and bakery shop are also nearby.rnOn the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious courtyard with a covered BBQ area and a bathroom. In this courtyard there is a big Jacuzzi to enjoy a relaxing bath with cold water or hot. The Jacuzzican be heated on request and at an extra charge (100€ per week)
On the first floor there are three double bedroom one with a bathroom en suite. Access to a good size terrace with sun-beds, table and chairs. The Plaza Mayor and most of the restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops are within short walking distance.
The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are accessible in 10 minutes drive by car.
